Goodfellas Towing & Roadside Assistance is family-run, based out of Mt Holly, NC. Alan started the business to do towing the way he felt it should be done — pick up the phone when people call, quote a fair price up front, and treat every vehicle like it belongs to somebody who needs it back on the road.
That's the whole model: 24/7 dispatch, real people on the phone, and drivers who show up quickly and do the job right. Whether it's a jump start in a Belmont parking lot, a lockout in Gastonia, or a winch-out off a muddy driveway in Stanley — same crew, same standard.
